Computers On Wheels was established in 1996 to address the educational and vocational needs of adult family members of children enrolled in COW Pre-School .

            

Adults served through Computers On Wheels lack a high school diploma or General Education Development certificate that’s required for most jobs. It’s for these reasons we provide English as a Second Language, General Educational Development test preparation, computer literacy and life skills instruction.
